    Our guide, Sofi, was beyond fantastic! We had three little ones and she was very good with them. The tour was informative but not overly boring, exactly what we wanted. Her English was great and we had no issues communicating with her. The market was wonderful, the city is beautiful. She gave the children a token at the end of the tour. I highly recommend her, especially for families.

    Our guide was very good - knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! The two-star mark down is strictly for the company. The TripAdvisor listing reads "Please indicate in your reservation where you would like the tour to start, or where you would like to be picked up." I indicated to the company that we were arriving via cruise ship and that we would like to be picked up at the port. This was acknowledged and confirmed by the company. However, they assigned a tour guide who doesn't drive and couldn't make the pick-up. We ended up taking a taxi (at our expense) to meet the guide in town. Fortunately, our guide was very good about communicating with us to establish a meeting point.

    We were a party of 3 and all really enjoyed our tour of Valencia with Maria. Maria’s enthusiasm for the city in which she lives is infectious and we all ended the tour knowing so much more than when we started! We got to see places and buildings we couldn’t have hoped to have found on our own not least the delightful Hortchateria where Maria took us to sample hortchata the traditional Valencian drink … delicious and apparently very nutritious ❤️ Valencia is truly beautiful and Maria did a great job of introducing us to the city. Thank you 😃
