    It was a fantastic tour! Ruben was an exceptional guide with great sense of humor and storytelling that made the time fly by… Daniel was equally great with his insight of the cathedral.

    Guide never showed up and after calling they offered no explanation. They had my email from previous communication but never bothered to try and reschedule or anything. The guide just never showed up. They said they would refund the money and I've not seen it 4 weeks out. I would not trust this co and go with another tour

    We booked our family excursion way ahead of time for a 3 day stay in Seville. When we checked in, the tour operator apologized that they made a mistake with the time of our tour and we would not be able to visit the cathedral and alcazar because of it. There next available tour would be 3 days later, which was obviously not doable for us as we would no longer be in Seville. Not very professional in my opinion. The one star was because they did refund us without incident.

    Descriptions and full tour are worth every penny. The tiles and beautiful garden area are explained well by the guide. Staying nearby made it an easy walk

    Tour guide difficult to locate and once you miss them, it’s impossible to catch up. No way to contact your guide directly . Over priced
