    I have booked several tours through Viator and never had a problem. Because my husband got ill & had to return to our Airbnb, my grandson & I returned to the Louvre grounds, which are massive. We arrived at the meeting place & tour guide had left. After attempting to contact the guide several times with no answer, just a recording in French. After being helped by a kind gentleman, we were able to enter & avoid the massive lines BUT because the downloaded ticket has a barcode and not a QR code, I had to pay again. $217 is not a small amount. I am requesting at least partial for this tour. The tour guide should answer their phone and the ticket should have a QR code to avoid paying again. Sometimes things happen that are beyond one's control...

    Found the guide really informative, interesting and gave the right amount of information. Sometimes guides can overdo the amount of info given- our guide was spot on.

    The only way to see the Louvre in a reasonable amount of time is with a tour guide. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of our guide but she was great. In our 3 hour tour we were able to see the major attractions such as Venus de Milo and the Mona Lisa. We also learned so much about the history of the French monarchy. Our group had 20 people, small enough to easily follow our guide, and the headsets worked well to hear everything being said. I would highly recommend this tour!

    We were not given enough information on where to meet our guid consequently we were late meeting our group. The tour does not start at closing time either, the Louvre closes at 21.30.

    An excellent introduction to The Louvre. Our guide was awesome, but navigating the crowds in the museum was crazy, even towards closing time. The end felt rushed, and there was no time to linger after the guided tour had ended. Highly recommend this, as a way of getting in quickly and covering some major works in a limited time frame.
