    Really enjoyed this tour we did it on the evening so was lovely to explore the the town by night. Really good and informative.

    Great tour. Devon’s Local knowledge was informative with lots of fun stories relating to folklore and legend. Particularly enjoyed his memories of his childhood and how parents could conjure up scary tales to excite children’s imaginations. Full of snippets of historical and cultural info about Whitby, however, not overbearing so kept us interested. GPS worked amazingly well. Kept you on the right path and will notify you if you veer off in the wrong direction. Explored areas we otherwise may have missed. Took us just over an hour, however you could have a coffee stop or lunch and then carry on. Great way to avoid group tours and explore at your own pace. Co-incidentally, Devons partner passed us as we were listening to the tour. Nod to her as it added a bit of quirkinesses and authenticity to the storyteller. Thoroughly recommend for all age groups, adults and children alike. Easy to download and you have it for life so could return to it in future visits. 😀👍
