The biggest advantage is the location, right next to the train and bus stations, and the proximity to the city center. The beds are also very comfortable. Breakfast is always lacking something; the staff prioritizes guests from outside who come for breakfast. The walls and curtains in the rooms are dirty, the wardrobe stinks, and the bed linens are unwashed. The bathroom is a disaster, with water pouring out of the shower tray, making everything unusable. Housekeeping is supposed to be daily, but it's a gamble; sometimes they don't change towels, sometimes they don't replace toilet paper, and for five days, the floor wasn't cleaned once. Overall, it's a good hotel for one night, reasonably priced, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in last summer. Dirty, neglected, and there was even a bedbug in the bathroom. I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid it if you can.

A supposedly four-star hotel – I honestly don't know why. I was forced to stay at this property because another hotel was undergoing renovations, which no one informed me about beforehand. The rooms are in terrible condition: dirty walls, a creaking bed, mold in the bathroom. The balcony window isn't airtight, and there's a large gap in the room door, allowing you to see if anyone's inside. This is unacceptable. The breakfast is a complete disaster – mostly sweet tarts and cakes, cold pizza, and watered-down orange juice. Zero quality. In addition, there's a tremendous amount of noise: you can hear the train station from the window, and at night, buses park outside, making it impossible to sleep. I definitely don't recommend it.
