Hotel advertised as a 5-star, but at most a 4-star. Very good location. Reception staff were super friendly, especially Cristian, Juan, and Camila. The hotel bar staff were not friendly or kind at all. They were rude and charged for lending a glass or opening a bottle. They charged extra for espresso at breakfast. The cake at breakfast was moldy. Another person complained about this too. A foolish cost-cutting measure by the hotel for its guests. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The Junior Suite we got was very quiet.

Our experience at the hotel was, overall, very positive. The facilities are great, well-maintained and comfortable, and the location is simply excellent. The hotel is located between the Obelisk and the Casa Rosada, and is also very close to Puerto Madero, which greatly facilitated our trip. We were able to do practically everything on foot in this area, using transportation only for more distant neighborhoods—which made all the difference in our daily lives. Another highlight was the breakfast: extremely complete and varied, with options for proteins, carbohydrates, fresh fruit, and even sparkling wine. In fact, it was the first time we stayed in a hotel that offered sparkling wine at breakfast, a detail that made the experience even more special. As nothing is perfect, we had two points of concern. The main one was the room's air conditioning, which wasn't working properly. We experienced an unusually hot period in Buenos Aires, with temperatures reaching 37°C, and at night we felt quite hot because the air conditioning couldn't cope. We believe this is an important point for maintenance review. Another detail was the pillows, which were too high for our liking. We requested a replacement, which was promptly provided, but the pillows were still higher than we are used to. Despite these points, we received excellent service throughout our stay and had a great experience at the hotel. With a few minor adjustments, it could certainly become an even more impeccable stay.
