A great discovery… a quiet area close to the city center… A cozy and clean room, the bed is great, the pillows are a real treat (I'm super picky). The impeccable breakfast, with a warm welcome from the gentleman present.. Very nice concept of the hotel We really recommend 😀🤩

The general quality of the building... It's new but it was designed for the hotel industry, so the services offered all work well. For example, the wifi is very, very fast, which is an excellent point. The little automatic lighting system under the bed when you get up is also super practical so you don't wake everyone up by turning on the main lights. The access system is well thought out and rather ergonomic and the parking is an undeniable plus. For the rest, the bedding is firm (which is a good point even if it depends on taste), the breakfast is quite correct considering its price and the hotel is well located, 3 minutes from the tram and from the city center of Le Mans. Little extra: The terrace adjoining the breakfast room is very pleasant.

Strange experience for us, receiving an email at midday giving us an access code for the hotel, the room and the breakfast area. Very clean and rather high-tech hotel with instructions everywhere and for everything. When booking, we were tempted by the Papeete room, on the 1st floor, small and low-ceilinged, with no storage, you will have seen a roof with no perspective. Breakfast must be considered as a service offered and not as a service. We feel that the owners have a real desire to offer quality equipment, which is true, but we were less seduced by the concept.
