I don't remember my stay at the hotel very fondly. There were problems with the check-in process. We were supposed to have a family room, but they put us in two separate rooms for two adults and four minor children, claiming the family room was in the building next door, but there was no room there anymore! We reported the complaint to the resident, and a case was filed with the hotel (consumer service). After two days, we were upgraded to a family room, which was okay, except that no one cleaned the rooms thoroughly. Cleaning consisted of changing towels and covers, and taking out the trash, but not every day. No one changed the sheets, vacuumed, or mopped the floors during our seven-day stay. The hotel's hygiene leaves much to be desired. The coffee machines were dirty; I have the impression they were only superficially cleaned. Don't be fooled by photos from travel agencies, as they don't match reality like some do! The photos are from a few years ago. The playground looks like it's from 15 years ago! In reality, the knee-high nettles haven't been mowed in ages; they don't look like the photos! The dining room isn't the same either; there are no proper tablecloths or placemats under the dishes. When the staff cleans the table, they put the cutlery directly on it. Plates and cutlery sometimes ended up dirty! The advantages of this hotel include a very good location, an underpass to the sea—a great place with children—and the pool and spa (the people there are fantastic, and they give great massages). Overall, what I bought from the photos from the travel agency doesn't compare to reality, and I feel cheated. Although this hotel has the potential to be good, I'm sad to say it's not. 😟 But I hope they'll improve in the future and you'll have positive reviews. As of now, I don't recommend it. 😟😟
