I stayed for a weekend with my partner because we were passing through. It was a nice place, but it was a shame about many things. The pool was smaller than I expected. Literally only four people could fit in the hot tub, the others took turns watching. The tall, bald pool manager with glasses was incredibly rude (I didn't interact with him in particular, but I could see how he treated everyone). Then we got to dinner, and we were literally shoveling food into our mouths. We didn't even have time to finish one course before they left the next one on the table, sushi-style. Honestly, some people go there to relax, but I didn't find myself in a particularly relaxing situation... Otherwise, I have to say everything else was nice. I recommend this hotel...If only they could improve some things, yes. (And by the way, remember the pool caps, they charge €15.)

The entrance is beautiful, and the staff is professional and courteous. That said, it absolutely doesn't deserve 5 stars. The rooms could use more care and renovation, and more attention to detail. Our bed and sofa bed were inadequate (unsuitable for sleeping), and some items were missing, such as an internal shower step, liquid soap, and shampoo. The furnishings were very dated and not very functional. The faucets and sink were partially clogged, and the bathrooms were dated. The outdoor pool was nothing special, the sauna and Turkish bath were tiny, with an unnecessary number of changing cabins, and the indoor pool was useless and disconnected from the outside. The meals were average but nothing special, and the breakfast was poor and not replenished. In short, I don't think I'll repeat the experience; we were quite disappointed.

It was a great experience regarding thermes and I would certainly come back for it. Room was reasonable, I have no complaints, but commentaries of other people that it’s a bit old are true. Regarding service - some staff were very professional, helpful and kind, and some were not, so I put the average. The real bémol was food. I was not believing much other reviews criticising it, but unfortunately also I did not like it.
