I had a lovely stay at Abba Ordino Babot Hotel and would happily recommend it. The views are absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful snowy mountains, which makes the location feel peaceful and special. The rooms are decent, especially considering the price paid — great value overall. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection to start the day, and it was made even better by the service. Gloria at reception was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Natalia at breakfast was equally amazing — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made every morning start on a positive note. Between the breathtaking views, good value rooms, good breakfast, and outstanding staff, this hotel was a delightful experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent view. We booked a room with a balcony for three people, and the views were truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, which we really appreciated. As for the food, we didn't have half-board. Only breakfast was included, and on the day of our arrival, we decided to have dinner at the hotel because we arrived late and were tired. Unfortunately, we found the dinner expensive and very poor quality for the price. We ordered a set menu, and we didn't like the food at all: the peas were canned, the fries were very greasy and soggy, and overall, the value for money was poor. Another point for improvement was the hot water in the morning. If you shower around 10:00–10:30, there might not be any hot water because it seems to run out. This happened to us one day, and we had to wait for the system to come back on. It's worth noting that we didn't have this problem on the other days. The heating is central, so it can't be regulated from the room. The first day it was quite warm, and we had to open the balcony door. Even so, it's understandable that they maintain a high temperature in such a cold area. A very positive aspect is the staff: both at reception and in the bar and restaurant, they were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. They always tried to assist us and resolve any unforeseen issues. Without a doubt, the hotel has an excellent team. The location is superb: it's in the mountains, with beautiful views and plenty of peace and quiet. There are also nearby areas for playing in the snow, ideal for children. Very close by is a park with snowshoeing trails, and even without hiking, there are perfect spots to enjoy the snow around the hotel. This was one of the things our son liked most. Overall, I think it's a very suitable hotel for families with children, thanks to its surroundings, tranquility, and connection with nature.

The service was extremely impersonal. Even after giving ample notice and with more than justifiable reasons, and despite the hotel not being fully booked, they understood our personal situation and allowed us to change the reservation dates. Neither we nor anyone in our group will ever return to this hotel.
