Such a terrible experience! I was travelling alone and speak no Spanish so I contacted the hotel via email twice to confirm that they had english entertainment channels, ans as I am recovering from cancer treatment and knew after a long international flight from Sydney that I would be in paid and they advertised each room has a bath, I cancelled the booking I had at a far cheaper hotel (Luze Hotel) and booked here. There were no englsih entertainmeent channels which could ahve been so easily checked by both the staff that responded and there was no bath! The front desk assistant Manuel offered a discount to $750 euro but he billed me at $820euro which is $120 AUD more for me. I spoke to him while theree but he refused to adjust, I showwed proof and I emailed when home in sydney but still no help. They did end up giving me a room with a bath because I spoke up but they offeredno assistance in moving rooms.

Amazing, wonderful hotel, absolutely worth the price. Very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the metro, and several bus stops. The city center and the airport are easily accessible. The only shame is that the bathroom didn't have a window, and breakfast wasn't included in the price. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
