We did the Park and Fly. Dec 23-Jan 1. Before departing, I specifically asked the front desk about the security of their parking area. I was told they have a security guard and law enforcement for the parking area. We departed on Dec 24 and returned on Jan 1. The only window that had not been shattered on our SUV was the front windshield, the rear window and the drivers side window. There was additional damage to the B-pillar too. The management of the AC called me on December 31st to report the damage and said they would take care of the cost of the repairs and not to worry. Upon returning to the front desk on Jan 1, 2026, the AC Marriot refused to provide any information on how i to have the damage repaired and paid for by Marriot, refused to allow me to view the video and told me that I would have to use my own money for the repairs. I found an Investigator's card in the SUV from College Park PD. I have been trying to obtain an police report for insurance but one has yet to be provided. They are impossible to get records from. As to the Hotel. There were 3 of us in our family with 2 rooms spending the night of December 23, 2025. The rooms were average at best. The food and service in the restaurant was horrible the evening of Dec 23. They were out of many items even several salad dressings. What food we did receive was very substandard. Stay somewhere else. I have stayed at the Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel several times but it was all booked. DO NOT STAY AT THE AC.
