Overall positive stay, good location, nightly prices could be improved. There's an opportunity to improve bathroom cleanliness and reduce noise from the hallway to the room.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THE HOTEL LOBBY. There was simply someone inside the hotel WHO WAS NOT A GUEST!!! The person stole a backpack with my travel luggage and quickly left through the hotel entrance. THE HOTEL OFFERED NO SUPPORT, did not file a police report, did not call the police, refused to show us the security camera footage, and did not make it available after the theft occurred. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND DO NOT STAY THERE BECAUSE THE RISK OF BEING ROBBED IS HIGH! When I went to the police in Spain to file the report, the officer who assisted us told us that this happens frequently.

My friend was robbed at this hotel. When we were checking out, someone that was sitting at reception took advantage of the moment and stole his bag (it had iPhone and an iPad inside among other personal things). When we reported to the police, they said to be very common at this location. Additionally, when we reported the incident to the front desk and manager on duty, they said to be the 2nd time and still did not help ups or did anything, so I would not recommend this hotel. I was surprised to see that happening frequently at a Marriott hotel
