We were in So Cal for 2 weeks and stayed at 3 other facilities without any problems, but unfortunately the one night we stayed here there were several. The rooms themselves were not super clean, walls were stained and had crusties on them. We were in room 439, the vanity in the bathroom was literally cracked in half and collapsing. TV did not work. Called maintenance and they said a cord was broken and needed replacement, would take 45 minutes. Well my kids are jet lagged and needed to sleep, so moving rooms or letting them spent 45 minutes in our room was not an answer. So dealt with no TV. Offered us free breakfast in return but when we went to get the free breakfast they told us we had to pay. Left without eating, even though the breakfast didn’t even have hot eggs or and bacon or sausage etc. The rooms had no privacy, our neighbor was on the phone yelling profanities for hours before we could fall asleep. We heard his TV on all night; ironic since we couldn’t use ours. I called to speak to a manager and was instructed to email him. Overall a mediocre customer experience and will not return. We are Marriott people so this was hugely disappointing.
