I am posting this review so future guests can make an informed decision. To be absolutely clear: I did NOT stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I entered the room, immediately observed the sleeping arrangements, and requested cancellation right away. I did not remain in the room, did not use the room, and did not stay overnight. The sleeping arrangements consisted of cots, not traditional hotel beds as reasonably expected. While management later stated they were “brand-approved,” their appearance and condition were materially inconsistent with what was represented at booking, making the room unsuitable for my stay. Additionally, there are no available parking lots at or near this property. Parking is limited to street parking, and in this area vehicles are subject to towing by the City of New York. Based on posted signage and surrounding conditions, only commercial vehicles are permitted to park on certain streets, which makes parking extremely difficult for regular guests. This was a contributing factor in my immediate decision to cancel. I attempted to speak directly with a manager, but the manager refused to speak with me and instead sent an unprofessional email. The handling of this situation was disappointing and unprofessional. Despite the fact that I did not stay at the hotel, did not use the room, and requested cancellation immediately, management refused to issue a refund, stating the reservation was “held.” I find this unreasonable given the circumstances. I would strongly advise travelers to carefully review room setup, parking realities, and management practices before booking this location. I would have gave a zero but needed to give one star to post this very unprofessional disrespect experience as a Marriot Bonvey Member for over many years. Management team needs to be replaced or retrained for professionalism .

The rooms were very nice and clean, the view is spectacular and amazing . It’s only 10 mins from Wall Street walking distance. Chinatown it’s only 15 mins walking distance from the hotel. The train ( subway) it’s only 4 mins walking distance to the train. Also I would like to give a special shout out to aundrea, she was very helpful, she was very kind and did not mind helping us. She gave us pointers on where to go and how to get there. She Also made us feel comfortable for waiting on our room because it was not ready yet, her smile is amazing and if we had any questions to ask she didn’t mind answering them for us. I give her a 10/10 Hotel I give a 10/10. Perfect
