I stayed here for my anniversary. The pictures don't really look like in person, There is something indescribable about the atmosphere. Like it lacks any charm and is just made out of cardboard. The service was atrocious, given the wrong information about parking fees, employees disappear when they say they are going to ask their supervisor for help. The views are basically looking into a grungy part of the harbor/bay that is uninspiring. The only redeeming thing might have been the bar on the roof, still I would look elsewhere if your planning a trip to Portsmouth.

Had stayed here before and it was great. But only once before in my adult professional life had I stayed in a hotel room and realized, too late, it probably hadn't been cleaned. This was the 2nd time. There were some clues in the bathroom, but it was the foot of the bed that was the giveaway. I cursed the fact I didn't pull the sheets all the way back right away as I usually do to check. Lots of hair and apparent dirt.
