I am very happy overall with this hotel, great front desk, staff great location very clean rooms. My only complaint is that housekeeping doesn’t know how to comply with a do not disturb sign. I’ve been here for the past week and on three different occasions, they’ve incessantly knocked on my door. Tried to open the door while it was locked and call out to me. I typically don’t need service when I’m staying in a hotel hence the do not disturb sign. I was on a work call two of the times and was unable to answer them, but they continue to knock and call out. This morning, as I was even coming back from breakfast, I saw the housekeeper in the hallway and told her that I would be staying over two more nights and then I would not be needing any more service. And then an hour later they started, knocking calling and opening the door yet again I didn’t respond because I was in the shower and then about 30 minutes later they did it again I used to work in hotels years ago and this is a big no-no . I think some additional training is needed here. Other than that, I’m very happy with the hotel, the accommodations were very nice and the food was great in the restaurant.

Maddie at the front desk is absolutely amazing with her knowledge and care for our experience. She went above and beyond to provide more information in regards to restaurants and things to do around the area than I’ve ever had anybody at a hotel. Shereally created a positive inviting environment that I want to be a part of. Thank you, Maddie for everything and I Wish more people would be like you.

Good hotel. Clean. Reliable. One thing tho… why would you put anybody in the room next to the gym… especially if it’s 24 hours…. I was woken up several times from guests working out and slamming weights.
