We found the hotel a bit run-down. The staff were very friendly, but the services were just okay. There was nowhere to get a beer, and you had to make your own coffee. In short, that thing you crave after a day of sightseeing—arriving back at the hotel and sitting comfortably with a drink in a cozy lounge—was simply not there.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Zamora's old town, a 15-minute walk away. Good room and good breakfast buffet. Very quiet and welcoming.

Excellent location for exploring Zamora on foot. The hotel is a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was very complete and of good quality. I would highlight the need to offer fresh donuts, as lately hotels have been serving defrosted and stale donuts. I think it's better not to offer them if they aren't up to standard. Otherwise, everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
