We had a fantastic experience working with the AC Hotel for our wedding block! Caitlin Martin was absolutely wonderful — incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and attentive to every detail. From coordinating room blocks to helping with last-minute requests, she made everything seamless and stress-free. Our guests loved the hotel — the rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. While there are some older negative reviews about wedding accommodations, we did not experience any of those issues at all. Caitlin even saved a sign we had accidentally left behind so we could pick it up later, and the team went above and beyond by bringing chairs up to our room for hair and makeup. We also loved having our after-party at Level 7 & Bar. It was the perfect spot to continue celebrating with friends and family, and the staff there made the night smooth, fun, and memorable. Overall, the AC Hotel and Caitlin Martin exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding weekend so enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, accommodating, and guest-friendly hotel for a wedding or special event!

The hotel looks brand new and the rooms are great!! The hotel is in a great location near the convention center and not too bad of a walk to the football stadium. There is a parking lot across the street and a parking garage within a five minute walk. This is a great stay!!

Room was small, but quaint. And the view: Spectacular! Large window where you could see the street and Convention Center. Front office staff were great. Also, great restaurants were in walking distance!
