One-week stay: Positive: Breakfast and service at breakfast were impeccable. The rooftop bar, food, and service were superb. The location was excellent. The bathroom was great. Negative: Room cleaning left much to be desired. The toilet wasn't cleaned for three days. We couldn't clean it ourselves because there was no toilet brush. The TV didn't work the entire week. We complained immediately on the first day, but it wasn't fixed, and we received no response. There was only a clothes rail with a few hangers; no wardrobe...unsuitable for longer stays.

The staff was friendly and the location is great for walking the city. But the rooms themselves are dated and would benefit from a renovation. Avoid room 01 just behind the reception. We could hear everything going on at the reception, plus the lobby music till late at night.

I absolutely loved the AC Hotel Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It's comfortable, modern, and very well located. I especially want to highlight the service at reception, particularly Elisa, who was delightful, very friendly, and extremely professional from the moment we arrived. She helped us with everything, always with a smile, making our stay even better. That kind of service makes all the difference and is greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel that we will definitely return to.
