Excellent service. From the moment we arrived, someone came out to receive our luggage. All the staff were very friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaning and security staff. They gave us a very comfortable room; it's not extremely modern, but it has everything we need to rest very comfortably.

The good: a beautiful hotel, a really cool pool right on the beach. All the facilities were very clean, and it's worth mentioning that the only person who gave us excellent and wonderful service was Mr. David Castillo, a waiter at the restaurant. The bad: when you book in advance with an all-inclusive package, everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant waiters gives you dirty looks. Since you've already paid for the package, they treat you badly and never come back to check if you need anything at your table. And the experience at the pool was extremely harassing and discriminatory because of the so-called "police officer" they have there, supposedly watching the pool. The day we were there, a boy was drowning, and he didn't even know how to give first aid, saying it wasn't his job. But when we were eating near the beach, his attitude was harassing, saying that this or that wasn't allowed, and so on. We've been visiting this hotel for years because we like it, and we've never had this bad experience before. They took away our free umbrella and gave it to the Americans, and it felt terrible how, in our own country, they give more preference to foreigners. Therefore, I don't recommend staying there because of the excessive discrimination and poor service we experienced this time. We left with a very bad taste in our mouths.
