BUGS IN OUR BED & hidden fees EVERYWHERE. This experience was definitely the poorest one that ive had at a hotel. The staff were unfriendly and dismissive, clearly showing a lack of concern for multiple issues with our room: - A bug was clearly present in our room When I attempted to call the front desk at around 11pm, no one had answered. When I went down to physically check, the night manager had just told me he cannot do anything about my situation and didn’t have any more rooms. He didn’t offer a change of sheets or any other accommodations. When I visited the manager in the morning, they also showed 0 remorse on their part. They told me they “removed the destination fee” which I wasn’t even informed of in the first place. When I put my card down, I was told it was only for incidentals. When booking with points, I was NEVER informed of a destination fee. ($45 per NIGHT). - The door in our room didn’t close properly. - The shower leaks water and there’s no way to prevent it. - There’s a lack of outlets. - The whole place is very run down in general. The engineering in their facilities is clearly very poor and their staff obviously do not have any care for their customers and those visiting the hotel. I cannot imagine spending $400/night CASH here and I will definitely not be revisiting.
