What I experienced at this hotel is the most appalling example of negligence and insensitivity I have ever witnessed. My backpack was stolen inside the reception area, within the hotel's own security checkpoint. It contained my wallet, ID, driver's license, credit cards, Oakley sunglasses, a handmade wallet, and a considerable amount of cash. The incident occurred right in front of the receptionist, yet the hotel management showed no urgency or sense of responsibility. Despite my request to call the police, they made no attempt to do so – I had to personally find and bring the police to the hotel. After the police arrived, the hotel finally had to show the security camera footage, which the police also recorded on their phones. However, the indifference and delays shown up until then resulted in both a loss of evidence and a loss of time. The hotel's attitude in such a serious theft clearly demonstrates their complete lack of security. Guest safety, protection of belongings, and management responsibility are nonexistent. The incident caused not only financial loss but also profound emotional distress. Moreover, the second incident I experienced the next day completed this chain of negligence: After handing my suitcase over to the Wilusa Tour bus, my suitcase was also stolen. This is no longer a coincidence, but an indication of a systematic security failure. During this process, the hotel neither provided support nor offered any solution. The safety and dignity of guests should not be disregarded so easily. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you do not want to risk yourself, your belongings, and your peace of mind, stay away from this establishment. Also, all the homeless and drug addicts live on the next street.
