ACP Hotel Westchase

I stayed at this hotel from March 6, 2026 to March 8, 2026. The hotel itself was actually nice when you first arrive. There are ponds and fountains everywhere around the property, which gives it a really peaceful vibe. It’s also located right next to Chinatown with plenty of eateries around, so finding food was super convenient. The room itself looked nice and tidy at first glance. However, once I pulled back the sheets, that’s when the nonsense started. The sheets had visible stains on them. I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping could come change them, but I was told housekeeping had already left for the night. Okay, no problem—I’m used to making my own bed, so I asked if I could just get fresh sheets and do it myself. They said that was fine, but I would have to come get the sheets. Mind you, I’m literally on crutches icing my foot. I had to beg them just to have someone bring the sheets to the room. When they finally did, they brought the wrong size sheets… and on top of that, the sheets had holes in them. Speaking of icing my foot, getting ice was a whole mission too. I was staying on the 4th floor, and the ice machines on the 1st through 4th floors were all out of order. I had to go all the way to the 5th floor just to get ice. To add to the list, one of the shower curtain rings was broken, and the toilet flushed slowly like it was halfway clogged. Overall, the location and appearance of the hotel were nice, but the maintenance and service issues really took away from the experience. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, including a clean swimming pool, a luxurious and comfortable lobby, a lovely bar, and game machines catering to all ages, providing guests with more leisure and entertainment options… We suggest adding a billiards room and a chess and card tea room to attract even more guests for vacations and photo opportunities! It is hoped that the hotel's marketing team can introduce more humanized marketing methods, create a more distinctive hotel brand, and add a beautiful touch to Chinatown… The hotel is located outside Chinatown, with an excellent geographical location and beautiful environment. The Chinese receptionist at the front desk of the hotel, Sydney, is very professional and enthusiastic in helping every customer. The hotel has complete facilities, including a clean swimming pool, a luxurious and comfortable hotel lobby, as well as a beautiful bar and a tour machine, to provide customers with more leisure and entertainment activities. It is suggested that the addition of billiard rooms and chess and card tea houses will attract more Chinese people to stay. It is hoped that the hotel's marketing team will introduce more humanized marketing methods, create a more unique hotel brand, and add beautiful scenery to Chinatown.

really terrible experience, bad service at the front desk for check in and overcharge my credit card for no reason for deposit and extra 200, never check in again
