Acronafplia Pension B&D

We booked a room for two people. The accommodation is located in a very central location, so there is no need to travel by car within the city. The room had nice colors, a large and comfortable bed, while the bathroom was very beautiful. The space is quite narrow, which makes it difficult to move around the room. Our room was located on the second floor, without an elevator, but it had a balcony with a very nice view. The check-in process was simple and formal. A negative point was the lack of soundproofing, as noises could be heard from the stairs and the corridor. However, there was no disturbance from outside. On the second day, the cleaning lady came by, threw away our bathroom bag, changed the bath mat that was wet and we had taken it outside to dry, and made our bed very roughly (so roughly that we were looking for the sheet inside the blanket and eventually found the TV remote control in there too...) For a two-night stay, the overall experience was good.

First of all, let me clarify that of course we did not end up staying at the venue. A reservation was made by phone or with a gentleman for December 30th. We asked for a 4-bed room and he told us that it has one double bed and two single beds. We asked if there is breakfast and he told us that there is a cafe right below the room where we have breakfast. (Obviously for a fee of course) all good up to that point Arriving due to a mistake made by the GPS, we get a call and he told us to go to building d. We park at the port and go up with things and two small children in our arms to the building... The guy comes out from what I understand and in a strict tone tells us that we are in another building...which was near the port...we don't give much support and basically we go down again with our things down...we get to building b and go up two floors without an elevator...and when we enter we see a 15 sq m room...with two Rajas stuck to the double bed...(If the middle one wanted to go to the toilet he woke everyone up) We asked if this is a four-bed room and the answer was from the moment it has 4 beds yes .. When the young man saw us arguing with a bully style he told us to avoid misunderstandings later to call his dad and we made the reservation he said... Our father said the same thing, just as it turned out he was lying since building b on the ground floor had neither a cafeteria nor even a reception ... He also told us if we wanted a family room that he had one but it was more expensive...of course we refused since we understood the fallacy in all this There is also a photo of the room but it does not allow me to upload it

You don't even deserve a zero. Where do I start! First of all, the place has cockroaches. Second, everything is dirty. There are stains and spots on the walls in some places. Old doors, old windows, there is no stop even under the door, it gets cold because there is a large gap and absolutely no soundproofing, you can hear everything. You don't even have the rudimentary cleanliness in the room. There is no elevator and the specific building we stayed in has a lot of stairs. Also, the specific room was very narrow, the bathroom the same. And the owner's behavior is downright unacceptable. He doesn't even take responsibility. Zero behavior, zero cleanliness. Personally, I don't recommend it. By far the worst hotel.
