Hotel Location: Excellent, next to the sea, with many shops and restaurants, as well as several public transport stations. Hotel Cleanliness: Excellent. Room Size: Somewhat small. Electrical System: Outdated. Notes: 1- The air conditioning is not working. The staff member claims that the central air conditioning system serves the entire area and that it's not working because it's winter. This is incorrect and unsuitable for guests, especially those who can't sleep without air conditioning. Furthermore, the area is under construction and densely populated, and opening the windows results in unpleasant noises. 2- There are no bidets in the bathrooms. 3- The exhaust fans in the bathrooms are not working. 4- The bathroom door doesn't close properly. * The staff member wearing glasses was courteous, respectful, and helpful, striving to ensure guest satisfaction. This is an experience I will not repeat. On the first day, I contacted the hotel management to cancel the remaining days, but my request was denied. This is not true and is also inconvenient for guests, especially those who cannot sleep without air conditioning. Additionally, there is a lot of construction nearby, and the area is lively, so opening the windows results in a lot of noise. 2. There is no bidet (water hose) in the bathrooms. 3. The bathroom exhaust fan does not work. 4. The bathroom door does not close properly. The staff member with glasses was polite, respectful, cooperative, and eager to ensure guest satisfaction. The location of hotel is very good, 5 minutes from galata port, and very close to metro station, friendly staff, rooms clean but small. I recommend it.

Make sure you bring cash because they're scamming you so you can't pay by credit card. The night receptionist, being a woman and arriving alone at 1 a.m., wouldn't let me take my reservation if I didn't have cash, even though I'd entered all my card information when making the reservation. If it was up to him, he'd have left me on the street. He happened to have $50 and then let me into the room. The room is nice but extremely small for two. The location is very good; on the ground floor, there's a semi-abandoned place that seriously diminishes the hotel's quality. Our worst experience in Turkey.
