⭐️ **1 Star – Inflexible, petty, and completely unfriendly to customers** I booked one night at the **Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva** because I had to travel to Geneva for work. My arrival and departure were planned by plane from Vienna. Due to **extreme weather conditions and the complete closure of Vienna Airport**, my flight was canceled. Therefore, travel was **objectively impossible**. I contacted the hotel **immediately**, explained the situation clearly, and politely requested a **goodwill cancellation**. The hotel's response was disheartening: No compromise. No goodwill gesture. No interest in finding a solution. Instead, they **stubbornly and uncompromisingly** insisted on the full booking amount – even though it was clear that the non-arrival was **not my fault**. I find this behavior **petty, short-sighted, and in no way service-oriented**. Especially during international business trips and unforeseen events, a hotel's true treatment of its guests becomes apparent – and in this case, it's extremely negative. Conclusion: ✖ No flexibility whatsoever ✖ No understanding of force majeure ✖ Purely formal billing instead of customer service Anyone who values fairness, goodwill, or a partnership-based approach should **avoid** this hotel.

Lovely receptionist, was a seamless experience booking a last minute room, also got a free bottle of wine, room was very nice and comfortable. Good location for airport and tram to city centre outside

Best decision ever to stay here. We booked a last minute trip and tried to get rooms at the Four Seasons but they didn’t have connecting rooms nor even two rooms right next to each other. We saw this hotel has connecting rooms and we booked one (2 connecting) for 1/6 of the price we would have paid at the four seasons. The rooms were clean, VERY well designed, modern, well maintained (or new, I don’t know which). I had the most comfortable stay. It’s near the airport which some might not like but there was a bus stop downstairs of the hotel, as well as a supermarket. They gave free bus passes to ride anywhere you wanted. Staff were all really nice too! I could not say any more positive things about this hotel. I will be looking for Adina hotels in other cities from now on.
