We were turned away at reception, despite having a booking and confirmation from the hotel. The hotel had no rooms available. Apparently, my booking wasn't in the system and hadn't arrived. They couldn't find me in the system. However, there was a note with my name on it near the computer. When I asked why my name was on the note if I wasn't known to the hotel, I was told there were no rooms available. The fact that I had booked, paid, and received confirmation from the hotel was of no interest to anyone. Terrible service. We ended up going to the Westin for much more money. I hope Adina covers the costs; otherwise, I'll take legal action. The audacity is that the money was charged to my credit card today.

The location is the biggest plus for this hotel, along with its excellent value for money. The pool and sauna are open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, perfect for relaxing after a sightseeing tour or excursion. The hotel was clean, tidy, and not too crowded. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, and, of course, delicious. The service at the bar was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering questions with helpful advice and preparing tasty drinks. Highly recommended.
