The guys are good at service but not very informed

Competent, uninhibited, and welcoming staff. Central location, excellent services.

We stayed and had dinner two nights at this hotel. Unfortunately, our expectations were high given the reviews and the stars on the sign, and were disappointed by several details, and by a service that didn't live up to the aforementioned standard. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed at reception and given the keys. The reservation was for three people, two adults and an 8-year-old child. At the same time, we booked dinner at their restaurant, which was confirmed for 8:30, saying that there was no room before, but we accepted because the time was compatible with our needs. Once we got to the room, we realized that the bed for the third guest wasn't ready, that is, it was a sofa bed that was still closed without sheets, and there weren't even towels for three people in the room. We went downstairs, mentioning this, and went to the pool. We were told that everything would be done, but when we returned from the pool a couple of hours later, nothing, with the burden of having to get our own towels so all three of us could shower. We went downstairs at 8:30 for dinner, but despite our wait at the bar, we were told that the bed for the third guest wasn't ready. consuming obviously, after thirty minutes the table still isn't ready, asking for explanations only at that moment is it explained to us that we are in the second shift so we take the table of the first to get up... like in a pizzeria by the slice 😂 ok but at 9.15 the icing on the cake, threatening to go somewhere else (it's Saturday and having booked with them and not elsewhere I would certainly have problems finding a place and the little girl would definitely be hungry) the girl at the reception is definitely too young and without the right empathy that is required in a place that charges handsomely for everything even suggests a place to go (almost a veiled grab for the ass) it felt like we were on a joke.... Anyway at 9.20 they find us the table and from the next day they put us in punishment at the bar for breakfast and not in the dining room like the other guests... conclusion.... The rooms are small, the bidet is under the sink practically unusable, little attention to detail, compliments instead to the girl in the entertainment and the boy in the dining room who handled an unpleasant situation better than everyone else, including the manager.
