I am writing to you regarding my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was unable to sleep due to the constant noise throughout the night. Furthermore, I was particularly surprised to hear a housekeeper vacuuming around 5:00 a.m., which made the situation even more unpleasant. I believe such an experience does not correspond to the level of comfort expected at your establishment. In hindsight, I should have requested a refund on the spot, but I prefer to share my complaint with you so that it can be taken into account. I thank you in advance for your understanding and look forward to hearing from you regarding a possible gesture of goodwill. Sincerely,

Quiet, but the service and reception need to be reviewed. My arrival was scheduled for 11 a.m. on a Sunday. I notified reception, who confirmed that it was possible to arrive at 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Once there, we were refused access to our room. Nothing was communicated; we were forced to stay outside until 2 p.m. Don't just send emails; also provide written communications visible at reception, for example, stating that guests can benefit from access to Geneva's public transportation. Therefore, improve communication with your guests, as emails are not always read.

Nice staff ready to provide you with support and directions. Unfortunately, the location is very ugly. The window in the room did not close and there were shouts and screams on the street all the time, the room had mold on the wall, the view was very depressing. The location does not have parking space for guests. For one night it was relatively ok but I would not return to stay there in the future.
