Excellent hotel, really helpful, modern, fresh & clean. I arrived to the airport late at night and someone was in contact with me via WhatsApp to arrange my free transfer, even when I was delayed!! That’s a 10/10 for customer service. The room was beautiful and to top it off great coffee in the room for the morning. Highly highly recommend this hotel for airport stay overs especially.

It appears that per other reviews across GK properties, they are operating an organized scheme to not refund customers deposit when they cancel within the refund policy. This happened to me twice here after I booked two rooms. One room was refunded after about 5 weeks and many many calls, emails, messages. The second room I still have not recieved a refund and have called and followed up many times spending a ton of money on collect calls over last 5 weeks. I get the same runaround others have reported - either ignored or told it is still with the Accounting Dept. Based on the consistency of these patterns and responses across many GK properties it is very clear what the property owner is doing. Not only is this not in compliance with credit card merchant policies but it is also not compliant with Greek Law. I urge you to not book here to not find yourself in the same position.
