The bed was very hard compared to European beds, but that's quite common in Bangladesh. Otherwise, the room was very spacious with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. I was alone and felt very comfortable; the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but tasty, featuring mostly local dishes. It wasn't perfect, but it was really good for my expectations of Bangladesh.

Good hotel in a very good location. We were there for a night and could book a room quite easily. We got a deluxe room on the 8th floor with a nice view of the Gulshan skyline and banani lake. The room had good basic amenities and was just the right size for two people.
