On January 29, 2026, we contacted Ms. Nuran regarding an advertisement posted by Safiye B. on the Sahibinden app. We received information about the room, and it was described in such a way that you'd think it was a royal suite. After all that praise, I paid a deposit for check-in on February 3rd and check-out on February 8th at noon. Afterwards, we were told we would pick up the key from "KAPIM HOTEL," meaning they handle the rental of the room we booked elsewhere. Remember this hotel, KAPIM HOTEL... Now, please read what I'm about to write carefully... When we arrived, we were shocked. "Dreams turned into reality..." The window of the room we rented was broken, and it was extremely cold, freezing. The air conditioner was blowing cold air, and the single-burner electric heater was barely heating itself. The firewood they brought was wet, and we couldn't light the heater. My message went unanswered for hours. I called, and no one answered the phone. It's not working... Oh, the main problem is that there was a noticeable electrical leak in the thing they called a jacuzzi... There was women's underwear under the bed, and at the head of the bed, there was a plastic bag of something men use, I don't know what it is. I told the cleaning ladies, they said they would clean it more thoroughly and left it at that... We spent a whole day cleaning... The worst part was the spark in the electrical wiring, which was the last straw... Thank God it was daytime... I don't know what we would have done if it had been night... Flames came out of the socket, it burned. Thank God we knew where the circuit breaker was, we went and turned it off, so it didn't get worse. Someone came and checked the sockets with a voltage tester, it was beyond their control. They said an electrician would come, it was 2 o'clock, I had medication I needed to take in the morning, I couldn't take any of it... Because everything was shoddily done, the room was burning... Sparks flew from the outlets, my blood sugar went up. They told me, "An electrician will come, if you want, we can change your room." Are we supposed to move our belongings like nomads for just one day? Because of this, we had to leave early. It was a nightmare, we were humiliated. Therefore, I asked for a refund for the night I didn't stay, but they weren't receptive. I wrote to Ms. Nuran, with whom we had our initial consultation, but I haven't received a phone call or message about it. But I said I would leave my review as someone who received, or rather, "didn't receive," the service, so that other citizens could see the light. A ton of people have already done it, and mine will be added to that. Whether it's one less or one more, believe me, it doesn't matter to them. Don't go there. We said we'd go to relax for a few days, but we came back with traumas. We wish we had stayed home and not experienced this. It was a series of humiliations for us. I don't know how much worse a room could get. Never even pass by it. "Run away when you hear 'KAPIM OTEL' (a derogatory term for a hotel)... Don't lose your money or your mental health, and don't let anyone profit unfairly!!!"

I found this hotel online. I've stayed at different hotels in Ağva before, and I went there for a change. I've never seen such a terrible hotel. I wish I had read the reviews. The service was absolutely zero. We waited an hour for something to arrive. The rooms were filthy. I strongly advise against wasting your money here.

Don't come here, don't choose this hotel just because the price is cheaper than other hotels in the area. As a hotelier myself, I'm telling you, there's no service here, you don't get your money's worth, it's awful and miserable. Thank you to them for taking the initiative to approve our request to change the dates, but the attention and care were zero. The staff stared at us intensely as we entered and left the hotel. There were numerous deficiencies in the room, and instead of the room we booked, we were given a tiny, neglected room. The TV in the room was literally the size of a tablet, and there was no remote control. After asking twice by phone and twice in person, they finally gave us one, but it didn't work. But the worst part was waking up to the stench from the toilet – it was unbelievable! My wife vomited, and we couldn't even use the toilet before leaving the room. How could this happen? I can't understand it. We will never come again and we don't recommend it to anyone.
