The hotel is amazing! It's like a studio apartment system, and I don't know if there are any smaller ones. Our room, 302, was fantastic. We chose a large room because, from what I understand, the smaller ones don't have washing machines, but the larger ones do. It had three beds: a double bed and two single beds. It was equipped with everything: a microwave, kettle, washing machine, coffee corner (tea and sugar), three heating units, and a split air conditioner. The staff were beyond amazing, especially Abdullah. I swear, words can't do him justice. He helped us a lot with directions. We just told him where we were, and he described it to us with such patience and generosity, giving us the fastest and easiest route. He even arranged a trip to Bursa for us through him, which was one of the best trips I've ever taken. Honestly, it was cheaper than booking it elsewhere—only $15 or $20. The best part was that it was through them, so it was guaranteed. We also booked a car from the airport through them. They made everything so easy for me. Don't worry about the entrance; it's small when you first enter. The room was nice and spacious. We booked it with the employee, Malak, while we were in Saudi Arabia. We transferred the cost of two nights to the landlord's account, and when we arrived, we told them we'd check the room. After checking, we paid for the rest of the week. They were incredibly helpful! 🙏🤍🤍 For your information, the apartment is right in the middle of the market, with restaurants and everything else nearby. 👌😍
