We recently visited Escape Bar and Bab Al Bahr Beach & Grill, and we were lucky to be taken care of by Sundar and Mehtu. Their service was exceptional in both venues. They were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. We enjoyed our drinks in both places, and their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. It’s rare to find staff who consistently deliver such great hospitality across different outlets, but Sundar and Mehtu did exactly that. Highly recommend visiting both spots, and a big thank you to Sundar and Mehtu for making our day memorable.

One of my favorite hotels. The rooms are great, and the adult-only pool is amazing no kids allowed. The live DJ at the pool creates a fun vibe, and the food and drinks are delicious. I love this hotel.

The attitude towards guests is disappointing. The staff at the entrance and the way issues are handled were far below expectations. The approach felt unprofessional and the overall service quality does not reflect a five-star standard.
