I recently stayed at Hotel AKA West Palm and overall had a really great experience. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the level of service and attention to detail makes it almost worth the price. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service throughout the stay was truly 10/10. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They even surprised us with a small birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay feel special. It’s those little moments that make a hotel stand out. Parking was probably the only downside. Self-parking wasn’t the easiest or most convenient option, so valet was definitely the better choice. That said, the valet team was excellent—quick, professional, and very easy to work with, which helped make up for the parking situation. One thing I really appreciated was how walkable the area is. Once you’re there, it’s easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions without needing to drive everywhere. They even had a little vehicle to get you downtown if you needed! The hotel also has a small market on site that serves breakfast and light items, which was surprisingly good and very convenient for a quick start to the day. Overall, Hotel AKA delivers a polished, upscale experience with outstanding service that makes guests feel genuinely valued. I would definitely consider staying again. ✨

From the clogged shower, To the sand paper sheets, the missing amenities, Room phone not working, overpowering curry smell, And the all-morning construction, This stay was night & day compared to my last visit.

Horrible furnishings and finishings . Shower head is cheap, shower door doesn't close. Huge cement block pillar in middle of room. Bed is full size pushed to side of wall so only one side to get in and out of bed. So of coz No night stand for both sides of bed. Lights gharish. Basically room looks like a hospital room or dorm. Horrid for $1200 a nite!
