The location is convenient as the train station is really near. There is a nearby airport limousine bus as well for the tourists. Lots of food around the area. Their complimentary bread and coffee/ tea in the morning is lovely too, as well their free bottled water. Staff communicates very well and really accomodating. But when it comes to the hotel room itself, the room feels so outdated, old and dusty. The carpet is really dark and are not vacuumed or cleaned enough. The ceiling of the bathroom has molds and so is their windowsill. The bathroom sink has heavy duty duct tape and the cupboards has some tape as well. The airway panel of the room is dusty as well. Their rooms are not well lit and some days the sewage smells as well. The entirety of the hotel needs an upgrade.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and in the center of one of the best locations to stay in Tokyo: Akasaka. I would especially like to thank Akimoto and the Granbell staff for upgrading us to the Garden Suite for our Honeymoon. A truly memorable and comfortable stay!

Well located but rooms are dinky and aging and the central heating was locked. I couldn't override it so was sweltering. Location is hard to beat though (2 minutes from yamanote line) functional spot but wouldn't stay long.
