I had an amazing meal at ZEDASHE, the restaurant within the hotel. Food was delicious & unique. Staff was excellent.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they think they are. Booked the room from their website, which supposedly included sauna, pool and breakfast. We discovered only after inquiring in the evening that pool was being drained and sauna didn't even work. This was not mentioned on the website or upon check-in. I asked if there was anything else they could provide and it took 1.5 hour and about a dozen calls for the receptionist to figure out that sauna could be turned on but pool was not available. I had to insist on providing something else, and instead of giving a couple of suggestions they were insistent on one thing at a time, like coctails, or only one dish. I asked to check the menu at the bar. The manager was very hostile and had a bad attitude. On top of everything the hotel was hosting a kids challenge show, which meant that the hotel was full of kids with their coaches screaming left and right for no reason. The breakfast dishes and cutlery were under the tables, near the floor which is higenically questionable at best. And breakfast itself was lackluster, didn't have any labels or list of ingredients. No way to figure out which cattle had coffee or water etc. (btw they have really nice coffee machine in the bar and they know how to make tasteful coffee. But during the breakfast they had some burnt bean water.) Overall the hotel is nice and tidy with good location but staff training is worse than anything I have ever seen. It felt as if they are trying to rip you off at every possibility. 5 ვარსკვლავიანი სასტუმრო კი არა, სალობიეა ჩვეულებრივი!

The hotel service was very disappointing and far below expectations. The staff lack basic customer service skills. One of the employees at the swimming pool was unhelpful and even gave incorrect information, saying there was no massage service, which was not true. If a service is offered, staff should be willing to provide it properly. The restaurant prices were inconsistent. I ordered food for 68, but the bill increased to 90 when they realized I would pay in cash. Breakfast was very poor. The food did not seem fresh, and some items looked like they were prepared days earlier and served again. This should not be called breakfast. The rooms are not soundproof at all, making it very difficult to sleep due to noise. I am giving this hotel one star only. I hope the owner reads this review and takes it seriously to improve the service.
