Over the last 10 years, I've stayed 7-8 times in various apartments, ranging from 1+1 to 2+1 to 3+1, in various locations. The room cleaning and room service are excellent. The kitchen equipment may not be sufficient for some. You might need to bring some utensils from home. There's a downside I have to warn first-time visitors: guests staying at Aktur Residence can only swim at the BLUE BEACH right in front. The owners don't say, "You have to eat and drink at least this much," nor do the waiters reserve the sunbeds in advance. Blue Beach, which you can enter from the pier and starts at a depth of 3-4 meters, is not suitable for non-swimmers or families with children! The shallow beach is what Aktur calls the "MAIN BEACH." However, you can't use the MAIN BEACH that easily! The owners/waiters openly state, "You have to spend at least this much." If you don't use the sun loungers and just go in and out, there's no problem. Otherwise, they bother you. They harass you with their attitude and words. Even if you say you're staying at the Residence, nothing changes. The main beach is 700-800 meters from the Aktur Residence area. There's major construction going on in the middle of the walking path to this beach. You can also get a shuttle to the Main Beach. However, the shuttle is only available during the high season after June 15th. If you eat and drink a lot at the restaurants that operate the beaches and tip the waiters generously, you can use the sun loungers. Otherwise, you may be harassed by the waiters. Let me give you an example of the prices at the restaurant that operates the Main Beach (2025 season): 0.50 liter of plastic bottled water is 50 TL.

I will never waste my holiday here again. I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are very old. The sink was clogged and oil was leaking. You have to drive down to the sea for this much money. If you drive down, you can't find a parking spot. Even walking is impossible in the heat. The pier and beaches are also very old. The service and amenities are lacking for the prices. My money was wasted, I hope no one else does.
