The hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was also convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good afternoon! I'm writing a new review of this hotel. My sister and I stayed there from March 3rd to 9th, 2026. We were initially expecting to be somewhere off-season, even though the forecast predicted daytime temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. I'd known about this hotel for a long time from a coach who worked there, so it was a dream place for me. We arrived late at night, were quickly checked in, and taken by golf cart to our chalet. A slightly unpleasant situation occurred. The travel agent charged me for a room of a higher category, but in fact, booked the most basic room, which simply had a window, without a balcony or garden access, as originally planned. To be honest, we were very upset at first because this is my first time staying in a room without a balcony or terrace. But overall, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Literally the next day, the room felt like home, even the lack of a balcony was irrelevant. The managers, upon learning of this situation, decided to support me and, to ensure my vacation wasn't ruined, said the dinner was a complimentary gift from the hotel. I'd like to express my gratitude to the manager, Mr. Yasir, who worked with me through this. I'd like to highlight Anna, who speaks Russian and resolves all issues and questions, and is always available if you need anything. The room is cleaned daily, and the minibar is refreshed daily free of charge. The room was cleaned by a very pleasant guy who also took my requests into account, including the cleaning time. You can exchange currency right at the hotel. There's an ATM in the lobby that easily exchanges dollars and euros at a good rate. The beach is very clean, everything has been thought out down to the last detail. The sand and the color of the water are just like in the Maldives. The sun loungers and mattresses are very comfortable. Since it was off-season, we didn't have any of the usual entertainment. The on-site restaurants were also closed. If you're traveling off-season, be prepared to eat only at the hotel. Prices are quite steep; for example, the simplest chicken soup costs $13. Salads start at $15 and up. So, a couple of simple dishes and drinks averaged $50 for two or more. There are local cafes, of course, which are a fair walk away, but be prepared to eat among locals and in the dirt. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are five egg options to choose from, from scrambled eggs to raw. They serve a vegetable platter, a cheese platter with honey and jam, and locally produced appetizers. The breakfast is very filling. Our vacation was excellent; Cairo is a 2-hour 30-minute drive away. The only problem we had on departure day was taxis. We decided to use the Uber app. A reasonable price for a ride to Alexandria Airport is 1,200 EGP. Drivers take your order, stand there, and immediately start ripping you off. They message you through apps that the price will be different, and some quoted 3,000 EGP to the airport. Mr. Zeyad saw how nervous I was and that we were late for our flight, but I still had 1,300 EGP left in my pocket. He helped us solve the problem and ultimately found a car for that price. I could see how worried he was about us and making sure we made it on time, for which I am very grateful. After this trip, I concluded that the staff is simply wonderful, that I will book the room myself and find ways to pay for it from Moscow, and that I will definitely return here in high season.
