My stay at the Ritz was outstanding. From the moment you walk into the “hall” of this palace..and you are greeted with a very warm and professional welcome..throughout the whole stay until departure. There was not a single moment I did not feel the 10/10 service. Until this stay the breakfast at the Peninsula in Bangkok had been my favorite..but the variety and the service at the Ritz even topped that one. :-) The room, the pool area..and also the whole setting of the hotel is one of a kind. Thank you to the team for making this a very nice, long weekend stay for me. I will be back.
