Horrible Experience ,Very Poor Service Although the rooms are clean and spacious (almost like a 1BHK), the service was extremely disappointing. I visited Al Maha Regency Hotel on January 3rd, and from the moment we checked in, the experience was unpleasant. The front office staff showed no welcoming attitude no smile, no greeting. Instead of assisting us, he immediately called security and simply handed over the room key, saying, Go to the room. When I asked if someone would help us with our luggage or escort us to the room, he replied, Just put the key in the door, it will open. That response was very rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. After entering the room, there was no drinking water at all. When I called reception to request water, I was told it was chargeable. Honestly, even water is offered freely to guests in basic hotels this was shocking. There were also no basic amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste, which are standard in most hotels. To make things worse, during the night there was loud fighting in the corridor, which was very disturbing and made us feel unsafe. Overall, the room size may be good, but service, hospitality, and guest care are extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel unless management seriously improves staff behavior and basic facilities.

No free parking, Rooms are not clean 😑, They give another room ,but that rooms tiles are broken , Hot water not worked, after we told they repair it , water leak in the washroom , Not happy about this one week stay at this hotel
