We recently stayed 4 nights and were very happy with everything. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, everything you need provided in the bathrooms. There are 2 big pools to choose from and a bar serving cocktails by the pool. The staff anre all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Ketut and Dayu and staff made us feel very welcomed and we enjoyed a cocktail party put on my the hotel which was lovely. Great location too.

We stayed for 17 days as a family of four. Family room, 2nd floor (no elevator). I tried breakfast once, but it wasn't particularly tasty, so I didn't use it after that. Inconveniences Construction noise and lack of notice: Construction and renovation work was underway in the pool area and lobby area, and the drilling noise coming from below our room (2nd floor) was loud, but no prior notice was given. Fortunately, the evenings were quiet and comfortable when construction was halted. Towel hygiene issues: The bathroom towels were old and had a strong odor. Even replacing them didn't solve the problem, so we ended up buying our own towels. I raised this issue with the hotel upon checkout, but they didn't seem to take it seriously, which was very disappointing. Room brightness and photo inconsistencies: The room was very dark, and the photos on the website were misleading and misleading. The cleaning was sloppy as our stay progressed. Hair wasn't cleaned from the shower drain, and one of the two screws holding the toilet seat was missing, but it wasn't fixed. (I didn't complain unless it was completely unusable.) There was no table or desk in the room. There was no wall hook in the bathroom to hang used towels. Bedding cleanliness issue: It seemed like they didn't vacuum the room during cleaning. The bed sheets and pillowcases were stained, so they weren't very clean. Fortunately, I didn't get bitten by bed bugs. Pool condition: There are two pools, but I avoided the smaller one because the water was salty and in poor condition. (Fortunately, the other larger pool was fine.) Parking lot flooding during heavy rain: The hotel parking lot floods during overnight rain. Those driving or renting a car should be careful. Positive points: Location: The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to Kuta Beach and several surf schools. Since I came for surfing and padel, I was very satisfied with the fact that Kuta Beach was across the street and the proximity to several padel courts. Sanitization: I appreciated that the premises (but not the rooms) were disinfected regularly, perhaps once a week. Staff: The staff were friendly. However, it was difficult to expect them to handle things on their own unless you specifically request it. For example, they didn't deliver important items like letters left at the reception. The air conditioning, refrigerator, and safe were in good condition and functioning properly.
