This review is based on my brother’s experience, who stayed at the Alaturca House Hotel. He had booked two adjoining rooms for his children (ages 9 and 10). Both at the time of booking and again at check-in, the receptionist confirmed that the rooms would be next to each other. In reality, they were located at opposite ends of the hallway, which is completely unacceptable for young children. Given the situation, he had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately. Unfortunately, the issue did not end there. Both nights were charged in full, despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked that evening. It is therefore highly likely that the room was re-rented for the second night, resulting in a double charge for the same service. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter, the hotel refuses to acknowledge its mistake or offer any refund. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism, ethics, and respect for guests. A deeply disappointing experience, which I am sharing here to inform future travelers.

I visited in the winter. The room was warm and had a consistent supply of hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The Green Tour and airport shuttle services arranged by the hotel were very reasonably priced and highly satisfactory. Breakfast was also a good choice.
