The location is excellent, within a 5-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria del Fiore Station and 5-10 minutes from the city center. There's an espresso machine, a kettle, and coffee and tea. Amenities are minimal. Breakfast offers a variety of sweets, and the staff are generally friendly. Even though it's near the station, Florence doesn't feel unsafe, so I recommend it for solo travelers who don't want to spend a lot of money but are worried about staying in a hostel.

The hotel's location is great, close to the train/metro station and several restaurants and shops. The street is busy but safe to walk around. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The Wi-Fi worked without problems. The room cleaning was impeccable. Possibility to store luggage after check-out. The whole hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely decor. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in such a beautiful room. I stayed in a quadruple room on a 2-story floor with a very high ceiling. I loved the atmosphere. There is a Buchette del Vino on the hotel's street very close by that is worth visiting. The floor on the second floor was very noisy when someone walked on it and the lights were shared with the floor below. As my children stayed on the second floor, these details were a bit bothersome. These inconveniences did not detract from my overall satisfaction with my stay, but I understand that they can be improved.

Excellent location, very nice and centrally located hotel. The European breakfast was plentiful. Kudos to the hotel staff, who were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.
