Quite comfortable and also pet-friendly. Since we arrived late, check-in was done remotely via a video call service using a kiosk. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the breakfast; they could offer more options 🤪. Otherwise, it has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and the rooms are adequately clean.

We had a problem with our booking and they refused to resolve it. Two rooms were booked by mistake, and they wouldn't refund the money for the room we didn't use. They're just greedy, and I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. The young woman at reception didn't offer any options, such as canceling our reservation. She only said she'd forward it to headquarters and that we had a 20% chance of getting a refund. It's very, very far from the town center. There are no amenities nearby. There are much better options in the center of Lalín.

We stayed one night and the experience was somewhat bittersweet. To start with, the photos posted here... Almost none of them match, at least not where we stayed. We booked through an online reservation and arrived around 8/9 pm, and there was no way in, as there was no one at reception, only intercoms on both doors, the street and the parking lot. You have to call them. They let you in (as long as they answer) and you go in. While we were inside, we had to let another guest in, and they couldn't help her. Inside, they direct you to a column where you have to call them again and video chat with someone (when they answer) and give your details, in front of whoever is in the lobby, as there's no more private way to do it. There were no key cards to open (people will take them for who knows what). They ask for an email address, to which they'll send the code to enter both the hotel and the room (I never received that email). We went out to get our luggage and take the car to the parking lot. We couldn't get in without the code... Thanks to a guest, we went back into the hotel and called them again via video call. After a while, they gave us a code to finally enter the room and the hotel, which, at the outside doors, comes whenever it wants. And speaking with other guests... It's quite normal to take a long time to get in. According to what we heard, there would be someone at reception until 5 p.m., I don't know. In the morning when we left, there was a girl there. The room was quite average. Very low pillows, there weren't any more in the closets, and no blankets, like most places. The television is also very low, it is on the table, they could at least hang them.
