It is newly renovated. Good sense of decoration. Love the vibes. Our room is on the attic floor and that is magical! They did amazing job on decorating. Beauty and function are together. Everyone who works there are super friendly. Can’t ask for more. Location is amazing. We are lucky to choose this hotel. The plus to us is this hotel has elevator so this helps for big suitcases to travel up and down! Highly recommend and we are definitely choose to stay here again. Good price in high standard!

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff (Ziya & Yavuz) are very helpful and friendly. Also gave me very good travel tips. The rooms are very clean.

Worst experience ever. Completely ruined my stay in istanbul unfortunately. THERE ARE COMPLETE SCAM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO PUT ONE STAR THERE. BIG SCAM: i unconsciously forgot my purse on my bed in my hotel room one day and when i came back to the room, the purse just disappeared. When i went down to go ask the receptionist.. he acted shocked and we went down to see the cameras. He acted like he didn't know how to view the cameras.. and after hours of waiting and he could finally use the camera.. he forwarded the videos real quick and said that it would take too long to watch it, we can come tomorrow morning. I said that i have to go to the police and the receptionist said that THE POLICE WON'T DO NOTHING FOR TOURISTS. Like if he doesn't want us to go to the police. When we came back the next morning, the owner of the hotel came and said that they'll look at the camera WITHOUT US. They kept on playing with us about the camera that we completely lost hope to get that purse back(which has money in it) Room: I've used booking.com to book a stay there and the room i choose on the website were completely different from the one we got. It was tiny, not enough lights and dirty. The room was not even prepared for our arrival. We were suppose to have one bed and a sofa bed. I didn't even have bedsheets and pillows for my sofa bed. Cleanliness: The room was so dirty. The next day, they didn't even clean my room and when i asked the reception, they got into silly excuses. The day they claimed they "cleaned", the room was still dirty. They only came in do the beds. The floor was still really dirty from the first day (as it wasn't even cleaned). One day.. we came back at the hotel around 5pm. The cleaning later were still cleaning the other rooms downstairs and didn't even start our room, It was 5pm. They have only ONE CLEANING LADY. they don't even change the bed sheets or change the towels. Location: The place where the hotel is situation is really really dirty. I saw a woman peeing on herself next to the hotel at 9am . It's really really dirty. Rooms: PERFECT SCAM. THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES PUBLISHED. THE REVIEWS ARE MADE UP. COMPLETELY FAKE
