Worst hotel ever! An employee repeatedly entered girls' rooms without knocking and just walked in. They also wanted €150 for supposedly clearing the smoke when we left – a lie, a lie, a lie! Worst hotel ever, don't go there. Plus, the toilet stinks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would without a second thought. We are on a school trip to Berlin and in this hotel we managed to live the most ridiculous experience. We were 12 people locked in the elevator for a very long time, without any serious reaction from the staff. The elevator is unacceptable and obviously poorly maintained. For a hotel that is supposed to accommodate people, it is a shame that they cannot guarantee even basic safety issues. Panic, heat, and no information about what is happening. Only when we finally opened, the staff seemed like nothing was going on. Honestly, if you can't maintain your facilities properly, close the hotel. Because what we experienced was simply tragic and dangerous. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay (3 nights). The rooms were clean and relatively new. The staff deserves special mention – they were incredibly friendly and accommodating (thank you!). The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Public transport connections are excellent as well. All in all: Two thumbs up!
