I have rarely been so disgusted and disappointed by a hotel. From the very first impression, I had a bad feeling. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and many things seemed neglected and unhygienic. You simply don't feel comfortable, but rather unwelcome. What made the experience even worse, however, was the way the staff treated me. Their communication was unfriendly, cold, and showed absolutely no interest in accommodating or helping the guests. Overall, this hotel leaves a very negative impression – both in terms of cleanliness and the way the staff treated me. I didn't feel well cared for there and would definitely not recommend it.

Shockingly inhumane – absolutely not recommended. I have never experienced such cold and inhumane treatment from a hotel. My 6-month-old baby suddenly became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized. Every parent knows that in such a moment, everything else is irrelevant. My cancellation deadline had only expired a few hours earlier, and I contacted them immediately, explained my situation, and asked for some leniency. This hotel deliberately refused. No leniency. No compromise. No postponement – not even for an additional fee. Instead, they insisted uncompromisingly on full payment. Booking.com itself tried to mediate several times and told me that they very rarely encounter such an uncompromising attitude. But that wasn't all: When I simply requested a correct invoice for my insurance company, it was initially refused. Then I received an incorrect invoice with the wrong amount. Again, there was absolutely no interest in correcting their own mistake. Here, you don't feel like a guest, but rather like a mere source of income. When my baby was in the hospital, I was met with complete indifference. This hotel has vividly demonstrated to me that neither empathy nor decency play a role there. I will never set foot in this hotel again and can only advise everyone to think carefully about whether they want to support a place where humanity is clearly valued.
