I stayed at the Hotel Alhambra Santa Susanna in August 2025, and my experience was terrible. I left my suitcase in the luggage room indicated by the staff, and when I returned, it was gone. The security cameras showed that someone not employed by the hotel was able to enter freely and take my belongings, as there is no access control to that area. The treatment I received, especially from the manager, was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel: disrespectful attitude, zero empathy, and no intention of offering a solution. Not only did they not help, but they minimized the problem and were disrespectful. Furthermore, they offered no assistance in the face of a serious situation and gave the impression that they are not responsible for the safety of their guests. To top it all off, the food is quite bad, and the pool area is in dire need of improvement (maintenance and comfort). In short: poor management, lack of security, and unacceptable treatment. Not recommended at all.

We forgot a purse in the room upon departure from which they took Romanian money (about 80 euros). The rooms were a big disappointment and you could hear loud music from the neighbors until the morning.
